Fire Damage in Atlanta, GA
An electrical malfunction in Atlanta, GA caused a fire loss. Several areas of the house were damaged, but our Production staff were able to complete the work within six days as follows:
- Inspection—our Production Manager visually inspected the damages to the structure of the house. In addition, contents and the presence of odor, soot, and other fire elements were examined to determine the appropriate restoration methods.
- Contents—this is one of the most important and sensitive thing for our customer because of their valuables. Our Production Team understood this, and as a result we implemented preservation procedures for items that can quickly deteriorate, such as electronics and documents immediately after the job started.
- Structure—structure restoration involved debris removal, deodorization, and dehumidification. Cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors, studs, fixtures, air ducts, and hard/soft surfaces were mitigated properly. Soot and odor control measures were implemented to properly remediate the property from soot and smoke odor.
- Pack Out of Contents—while the restoration process was in progress, our customer’s contents were inventoried, documented, tagged, and transported to our facility for cleaning and storage until the restoration was completed.
